1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ChatGNM (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ChatGNM is an AI-powered educational tool that helps users explore symptoms through the lens of German New Medicine (GNM). The Service provides conversational AI interactions, personalized memory features, and educational content about GNM concepts.

3. Medical Disclaimer

ChatGNM is not a medical device, diagnostic tool, or healthcare provider. All content and responses are for educational and informational purposes only. The Service does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations.

You should always consult with a qualified healthcare professional before making any decisions about your health. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking treatment because of something you read or received through ChatGNM.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency services immediately.

4. Account Registration

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
  • Use the Service to generate content that is harmful, abusive, or harassing
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
  • Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service beyond normal usage
  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service
  • Misrepresent ChatGNM responses as professional medical advice

6. Credits and Payments

Free tier. New accounts receive a limited number of monthly credits at no charge. Unused free credits expire at the end of each billing cycle and do not roll over.

Subscriptions. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

Credits. One-time credit purchases are non-refundable. Purchased credits do not expire as long as your account remains active.

Pricing changes. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified via email before any price change takes effect on their account.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, content, and AI models, is owned by ChatGNM and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your conversations and memories belong to you — we claim no ownership over user-generated content.

8. AI-Generated Content

Responses generated by ChatGNM are produced by third-party AI models and may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or errors. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content. You are responsible for evaluating any information received through the Service.

9. Availability and Modifications

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for material changes that affect paid subscribers.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChatGNM and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. This includes, without limitation, damages arising from reliance on AI-generated content, health decisions made based on information from the Service, or service interruptions.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Data deletion follows the timeline described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
